  1. 3tbsp olive oil

  2. 4tsp Worcestershire sauce

  3. 1tsp Tabasco

  4. 1tsp ground cumin

  5. 2tsp paprika

  6. 1/2tsp ground cinnamon

  7. 2tbsp maple syrup

  8. 100g (3 1/2oz) macadamia nuts

  9. 100g (3 1/2oz) salted pecans

  10. 100g (3 1/2oz) natural shelled almonds Sea salt Sterilised jar

  1. Set the oven to gas mark 3 or 160°C. Put the oil, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, cumin, paprika, cinnamon and maple syrup in a small roasting pan and heat in the oven for 2 mins. Add the nuts and toss everything together to coat. Cook for 10-15 mins. Tip the nuts out on to kitchen paper to drain and sprinkle immediately with a generous amount of salt. Put nuts into the jar, seal, label and store for up to 3 months.
