  2. Sweet & Sour Sauce for Ham

  6. 1 tablespoon butter

  7. 1 teaspoon flour

  8. 1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar

  9. 1 egg -- beaten

  10. 3 tablespoons yellow mustard

  11. 1/3 cup cider vinegar

  12. 1/4 cup crushed pineapple -- drained

  13. Melt butter, blend in flour, add sugar, egg, mustard and vinegar. Beat with ro

  14. tary beater or wire whip until blended. Stir in pineapple. Cook over low heat

  15. Stirring constantly until thickened.

  16. Serve hor or cold with baked ham or broiled ham slices.
