2 cans tomato sauce --

15oz. each 1 can tomato paste --

8oz.

2 cloves garlic, crushed and minced

salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon fresh oregano

1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Combine all ingredients in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat. Bring sauce

almost to boil, then reduce heat to simmer and cover. Cook, stirring

occasionally, for 30 minutes, until flavors are blended. Use immediately or uncover, allow to cool, and refrigerate in non-metallic container. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
