  1. 10 1/2 cups 2488ml Fresh blueberries

  2. 1 cup 237ml Sour cream

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Flour

  4. 3/4 cup 148g / 5 1/5oz Sugar

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  7. 1 Egg - beaten

  8. 1 Pie crust - (frozen)

  9. 9 inch topping

  10. 3 tablespoons 45ml Flour

  11. 3 tablespoons 45ml Oleo

  12. 3 tablespoons 45ml Pecans - (chopped fine)

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine and mix flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and egg at medium speed for 5 min. or until smooth. Stir in blueberries, pour into 9 inch pastry shell, bake at 400F for 25 minutes. Combine: 3 T flour, 3 T oleo, and 3 T. pecans . Sprinkle over top of pie. Bake 10 minutes more. Chill before serving.
