  1. 1 cup cherries

  2. 1 cup baby spinach leaves

  3. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  4. 5 tablespoons honey French salad dressing

  5. 4 salmon fillets

  1. Pit cherries and cut in half. Combine in small bowl with spinach leaves, walnuts, and 3 tablespoons of the dressing; toss gently and set aside.

  2. Preheat broiler. Place salmon fillets on broiler pan and brush with remaining 2 tablespoons dressing. Broil 6" from heat source for 5-8 minutes or until salmon flakes when tested with fork; do not turn during broiling.

  3. Place salmon on serving plate and top with cherry mixture; serve immediately. Serves 4
