  1. 4 pita breads

  2. 2 cups chopped cooked chicken

  3. 2 tomatoes, chopped

  4. 1 avocado, peeled and chopped

  5. 4 slices microwave bacon, cooked and chopped

  6. 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  7. 2 tablespoons mustard lettuce

  1. Cut pita breads in half and open pockets, cutting carefully if necessary. In medium bowl, combine chicken, tomatoes, avocado, chopped bacon, mayonnaise, and mustard; mix until combined. Line pita breads with lettuce and add chicken mixture; serve immediately. Serves 4-6
