  1. 2 tablespoons 30ml Flour

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Dry mustard

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Pepper

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Oil

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Worcestershire sauce

  6. 1 cup 237ml Beef broth -see note

  7. 1 1/2 Bottom round steak

  8. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Mushrooms - sliced

  1. * may have to add more as steak cooks.

  2. Mix flour, mustard, and pepper and pound into both sides of beef. Brown in the oil.

  3. Add Worcestershire sauce and beef broth and simmer 2 1/2 hours.

  4. Add mushrooms and cook for an additional 1/2 hour.
