  1. 29 1/28 ml dried thyme leaves

  2. 14.79 ml brown sugar

  3. 14.79 ml garlic , minced (about 3 to 4 cloves)

  4. 14.78 ml allspice

  5. 4.92 ml salt

  6. 29 1/28 ml cider vinegar

  7. 29 1/28 ml hot pepper sauce (adjust for personal preference)

  8. 1360.77 package g chicken drummettes, thawed

  9. 118 1/59 ml green onion , chopped

  10. 118 1/59 ml sour cream (may use low or fat free)

  11. 118 1/59 ml mayonnaise (may use low or fat free)

  1. In large nonmetal bowl, combine thyme, brown sugar, garlic, allspice, salt, vinegar and hot pepper sauce; mix well.

  2. Add chicken wings; toss to coat evenly.

  3. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.

  4. Heat oven to 425 degrees.

  5. Line 2 15 x 10 x 1 in baking pans with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray.

  6. Place chicken wings in sprayed pans.

  7. Discard any remaining marinade.

  8. Bake at 425 for 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

  9. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine all dipping sauce ingredients; blend well.

  10. Serve sauce with chicken wings.
