  4. 1 tsp Sauce Mix Chili Garlic Sauce

  6. 8 tbsp Sugar

  7. 1 tbsp Corn starch

  8. 1 tsp

  1. Mix chicken with marinade. Pan-fry potato in oil until golden yellow. Drain.Stir-fry chicken in 1 tbsp oil until cooked. Add carrot and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add potato, sauce mix and heat through.
