  1. 8 scallops

  2. 8 slices smoked streaky bacon , or pancetta

  3. 50 g butter

  1. Wrap a slice of bacon around each scallop and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Place a frying pan over a medium heat and add the butter. Once melted place the scallops to the pan. Leave to cook for 2 minutes then turn over and cook for a further 2 minutes.
