  1. 1 large can Bush's Baked Bean s

  2. 1 14 oz. can Black Bean s, drained

  3. 1 14 oz. can Chili Beans

  4. 1/2 Onion , diced*

  5. 1 lb. Jack Cheese, grated fine

  6. 1/4 lb. Bacon , diced and cooked**

  7. 2 TBSP Chili Powder

  8. 1 TBSP Ground Cumin

  9. 1 TBSP Ground Corriander Ketchup Brown Sugar

  1. Heat oven to 375°. Place bacon on foil lined baking sheet and cook until bacon is crisp. While bacon is cooking, mix all the beans with the diced onion and chili powder, cumin and corriander. When bacon is done cooking, drain, crumble and add to bean mixture. Spoon ½ of the bean mixture into a 4 qt. oven proof container. Squeeze ketchup over the top of the beans and spread out with a spatcula. Sprinke top with several handfuls of brown sugar and the top with ½ of the jack cheese. Pour the rest of the beans over the top and repeat the process with the ketchup, brown sugar and cheese. Cover with foil. Bake in 375° degree oven for 45 minutes. Take foil off the dish and bake for remaining 15 minutes.
