  1. 4530 g cooked boneless ham

  2. whole cloves

  3. 1/4 cup brown sugar

  4. 1/4 cup maple syrup

  5. 1 tbsp. yellow mustard

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Line the inside of a 13x9 inch baking pan with foil. Using the tip of a knife, score the surface of the ham into diamond shapes. Press a whole clove into the ham where the diamonds intersect. Place the ham in the prepared pan and bake about 1hour until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees. Meanwhile, stir together the brown sugar, maple syrup and mustard in a small bowl. Spoon the syrup mixture over the ham and continue baking for 30 minutes. Let the ham stand 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
