  2. bay leaves

  3. garlic , crushed or minced

  4. white vinegar

  5. soy sauce

  6. black pepper

  1. Marinate pork in vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaves, and pepper overnight or few hours. Cook and let simmer checking every 5-10 mins and stir. Add soy sauce if needed according to taste. Saute garlic in oil. Add pepper. Add garlic to pork mixture. Cook until pork is tender approx 1 hour.
