  1. 1 cup vanilla yogurt

  2. 1 medium ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen

  3. 1/4 cup each frozen unsweetened strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries

  4. 1 cup milk

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings.
