  1. 2 bag(s) (16oz) wide egg noodles , can use "No Yolks" 6 eggs , dairy 2 cup(s) granulated sugar , baking ingredients and staples 1 cup(s) light brown sugar , baking ingredients and staples 16 ounce(s) sour cream , dairy 1 stick(s) melted butter , dairy 1 tablespoon(s) vanilla , baking ingredients and Staples 3 cup(s) crushed corn flakes , packaged foods 5 cup(s) melted butter , dairy 25 cup(s) light brown sugar , baking ingredients and Staples 1 tablespoon(s) cinnamon , Baking ingredients and staples 2 cup(s) dark or light raisins , packaged foods

  1. Boil and drain noodles accding to pkg directions. Drain. Grease a 13x9 baking dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine next 7 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Spread evenly in baking dish. In a separate bowl combine cornflakes, sugar, butter and cinnamon. Then spread the mixture all over the kugel. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hr, til brown and bubbly. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy. This maybe frozen and served later.
