  5. 1 md Red or green bell pepper,

  6. -- chopped Olive-tahini sauce -- see -- recipe 3 c Cooked chick peas

  7. 1/4 c Wheat germ

  8. 1 tb Soy sauce

  9. 1/2 ts Marjoram

  10. 1/4 ts Coriander

  11. 5 to 7 minutes. Serve over rice or other grain.
