  1. 1 1/4 lbs. boneless skinless chicken, cubed

  2. 2 onions cut in wedges

  3. 1 green bell pepper cut in narrow strips

  4. 1 whole canned tomatoes (29 oz.)

  5. 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce

  6. 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard

  7. 2 Tbsp. garlic cloves minced

  8. 1 tsp. thyme

  9. 1 tsp. rosemary

  10. 1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

  11. 1/2 lb. frozen medium shrimp peeled, shelled & deveined

  12. 6 c. cooked rice hot

  1. Preparation : Combine all ingredients except shrimp and rice in large saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil. Simmer for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender and flavors blend together. Add Shrimp and heat 1 minute. Serve with scoops of rice in wide soup bowls.
