  1. All-purpose flour (2 cups)

  27. Finely ground pecans (1/4 cup)

  28. Apricot preserves (You can use strawberry jam - 3/4 cup)

  30. Eggs (4)

  31. Milk (1/2 cup)

  32. Vanilla (1 tablespoon)

  33. French bread or Italian bread (1 loaf)

  34. Preparation

  35. Combine the cream cheese with jam and the finely ground pecans in a bowl. Then, cut the bread into diagonal pieces. Next, you need to cut a small area of the bread in each slice and place the cream cheese mixture in this. Mix eggs with vanilla and milk in a mixing bowl. Then, heat a frying pan on medium heat. You now need to melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the pan. Place each toast in the egg batter and then onto the pan. Cook till both sides turn a shade of brown and serve.
