  1. 2 cups cooked, diced chicken

  2. 1/2 cup halved, seedless grapes

  3. 1/2 cup diced celery

  4. 3/4 cup dairy sour cream

  5. 1 teaspoon prepared mustard

  6. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  7. 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  9. Dash of pepper Lettuce for serving

  1. In a bowl combine chicken, grapes and celery.

  2. Blend together sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken mixture and toss lightly to blend.

  3. Chill well before serving. Serve on a bed or lettuce or as a sandwich filling.
