  3. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Grated parmesan cheese

  4. 2 cups 474ml Half and half cream

  1. Recipe Instructions Melt butter in saucepan, stir in cream and cheese; simmer, stirring constantly until cheese is melted and smooth. Cook fettuccini, drain, do not rinse. Pour piping hot sauce over drained fettuccini and toss gently.
