  2. 1/4 cup margarine

  3. 3/4 cup hot sauce (Crystal, Franks Red Hot, etc.)

  4. 1/4 cup Tabasco sauce

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Prepare wings by cutting off the tips and cutting remainder in half (discard the tips). Heat oven to 400F and cook wings on a foil covered, greased pan for 35-40 minutes. While wings are cooking melt margarine over *low* heat and stir in hot sauce and Tabasco sauce (Spice it up with: 1/2 teaspoon garlic and 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper if desired). Remove from heat and set aside.

  2. When wings are fully cooked, remove from oven and dip each wing in prepared sauce (store leftover sauce for another batch). For hotter wings, spoon sauce over wings after dipping.
