  1. 1 Mozzarella Cheese - (8 oz)

  2. 6 Firm white bread

  3. 1 Roasted red peppers - (7 oz) - drained, and Cut into strips

  4. 6 teaspoons 30ml Butter or margarine

  1. Slice cheese into 6 thin slices. Top 3 bread slices each with 2 cheese slices. Top with roasted red pepper strips and second bread slice.

  2. Spread outside of each sandwich with 2 teaspoons butter. Cook in skillet on medium heat until lightly browned on both sides. Serve immediately.

  3. This recipe yields 3 sandwiches.
