  2. 1 teaspoon reduced sodium soy sauce

  3. 2 teaspoons sugar

  4. 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

  5. 1/2 tablespoon fresh ginger , grated (or 1/2 teaspoon ginger, dry)

  6. 1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix

  7. 2 green onions , chopped

  8. 1 granny smith apple , julienned (1/8- x 1/8- x 3-inch strips)

  1. In large bowl combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and ginger. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill, until serving.
