  1. 1 1/2 tablespoon Yeast

  2. 2 tablespoons Honey

  3. 2 cups Warm water

  4. 2 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour

  5. cup White flour

  6. cup Carob powder

  7. cup Honey

  8. 1 teaspoon Salt

  9. 1 teaspoon Vanilla

  10. cup Chopped nuts, optional

  1. Mix together yeast, honey and warm water. Let sit 5 minutes. Stir together well all ingredients. Fill oiled muffing tins ⅔ full. Let rise 15 minutes.
