  1. 2 eaches Anchovy Fillets

  2. 1 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

  3. 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard

  4. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

  5. teaspoon Black Pepper

  6. 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese

  7. 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

  1. Chop and mash the anchovy fillets on a cutting board.

  2. Put in a bowl and blend in the mayonnaise. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Cover and chill. Makes about 1¾ cups of dip SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Seafood, Deli Roast Beef Or Turkey, Radishes, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Snow Peas
