  4. 1/2 c sugar

  5. 1/2 c brown sugar

  6. pn cinnamon and nutmeg

  7. Filling:

  8. 2 c Chilled peanut butter

  9. 2 c sugar

  10. 11 oz cream cheese

  11. 7 tb Melted butter

  12. 2 tb vanilla

  13. 2 c Cream whipped

  14. Fudge sauce:

  15. 1/2 c To

  16. 1 cup heavy cream

  17. 3 oz Semisweet choclate

  18. 1 tb butter

  19. Garnish: whole peanuts

  1. Mix the crumbs with the butter and sugars and spices and press into 2, 9 inch pie tins.

  2. Combine filling ingredients and whip smooth.

  3. Fold in whipped cream and fill both pie shells.

  4. Chill very well.

  5. Meanwhile melt cream and butter and chocolate and spread smoothly over pies.

  6. Garnish edges with whole peanuts.

  7. Chill pies very well again Sauce will harden upon chilling .

  8. Recipe makes 2 fabulous pies!
