  2. 3/4 lb shrimp , cooked and chopped (2 cups)

  3. 3/4 cup seafood cocktail sauce

  4. 1/4 cup parmesan cheese , shredded

  5. 2 green onions , sliced

  2. Toss shrimp with cocktail sauce.

  3. Spoon over cream cheese.
