  2. 2/3 cup water boiling,

  3. 2 tablespoons raisins, seedless or golden, dark

  4. 1/8 teaspoon salt

  5. 1/8 teaspoon cumin ground*

  1. Place bulgur in a medium-size bowl and cover with boiling water.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

  3. Let stand 30 minutes until water is absorbed.

  4. Fluff and serve warm.
