  8. 1 bunch(es) celery , chopped

  9. 1 pound(s) rice , steamed and let sit

  10. 1 can(s) chicken broth , assist with the flavoring

  11. Creole Seasoning , season to taste (lightly)

  12. Gumbo Creole , I never use it (if you prefer it)
