->Pie Crust 06 <-

4 cups all purpose flour

1 3/4 cup butter flavored shortening

3 tablespoons white sugar

2 teaspoons salt

1 egg

1/2 cup water

In large mixing bowl, combine first four ingredients. Blend together

until crumbly. In a small bowl combine egg and water. Blend into flour mixture. Chill in refrigerator until ready to use.

Makes four pie crusts. If not using all right away, divide, wrap

in plastic wrap and store in freezer bags.
