  6. (70-80 degrees)

  7. 1/2 c Cultured buttermilk

  8. (room Temperature)

  9. 1/8 ts Salt

  10. Mix ingredients; stir well and cover; let stand at 70

  11. degrees until clabbered (thickened and clotted). Stir

  12. until smooth. Refrigerate. In recipes calling for sour

  13. milk, you may substitute this.
