  2. 2 cups milk, scalded

  3. 4 slices bread, cut in squares

  4. 1/2 cup sugar

  5. 3 slices pineapple, chopped not too fine

  6. 3 eggs, beaten

  1. Instructions Mix together the sugar and eggs.

  2. Add gradually the scalded milk.

  3. Put bread and chopped pineapple in a pudding dish.

  4. Pour over them the milk mixture.

  5. Set pudding dish in a pan of water.

  6. Bake in moderate oven for about 35 minutes.
