  1. 10 Dried Chillies ( Cut into Half)

  2. 2 Large Onion ( Cut into desired style)

  3. 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil

  4. 10 Chicken Nuggets ( Cut into half )

  5. 10 Hotdog ( Cut into half )

  6. 20 Gram of Tamarind

  7. Salt to taste

  8. 2 Tsp Sugar

  9. 1 Tbsp Turmeric powder

  10. 1 Tsp Garam Masala

  11. 1 Tsp Coriander Powder

  12. Grinding:

  13. Grind the boil dried chillies into paste.

  14. Frying:

  15. Fry the Chicken Nugget into light golden brown not required to be cripsy. Hotdog does not required to fry.

  1. Boil the dried chillies till you see them soft and grind with littel of water to make a paste.

  2. Heat a pot with cooking oil.

  3. Add Onion and fry till light brown.

  4. Add the Dried Chillie paster to the Onion and cook till the raw smell goes from chilli.

  5. Add the Tamarind water to the chilli and cook for 5mins. Add the Turmeric, Garam Masala and Coriander powder, Salt and Sugar. And cook for 5 mins till you see the sambal thick.

  6. Now add the Chicken Nuggets and Hotdog.

  7. Stir well in the sambal for 5mins.

  8. And ready to serve with Rice or Chapati or as side dishes.
