  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Shrimp - cooked

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Vinegar - white wine

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sugar

  5. 2 cups 220g / 7.8oz Celery

  6. 3/4 cup 177ml Oil

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Water

  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Ginger

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  10. 2 cups 220g / 7.8oz Carrot

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix together all ingredients except shrimp and vegetables. Pour half over shrimp and half over the vegetables. Marinate for an hour, drain and serve over lettuce or sprouts.
