  7. 1/2 c Sugar

  8. 1 1/2 ts Pumpkin pie spice

  9. 1/4 ts Salt

  10. 16 oz Pumpkin pie filling

  11. 12 oz Evaporated milk

  12. 2 Eggs; slightly beaten

  13. *praline layer*

  14. 1/4 c Brown sugar

  15. 2 tb Flour

  16. 1/4 c Butter or margarine

  17. 1/2 c Pecans; chopped

  18. *topping*

  19. 3 oz Cream cheese; softened

  20. 2 ts Milk

  21. 1 ts Orange peel; grated

  22. 8 oz Cool whip

  23. 50 Heat oven to

  24. 425 degrees. In

  25. large bowl, combine all filling ingredients; beat until well blended. Pour

  26. 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce oven

  27. temperature to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine brown sugar and flour.

  28. Using pastry blender or fork, cut in margarine until mixture resembles

  29. coarse crumbs. Stir in pecans; sprinkle over pumpkin filling. Bake at 350

  30. 30 to 35 minutes or until knfie isnerted near center comes out

  31. clean. Cool completely. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, milk and orange peel; mix until smooth. Gently fold whipped topping into cream

  32. cheese mixture. Spoon over cooled pie. Refrigeragte until serving time. --
