    3. 2 tablespoons bottled balsamic vinaigrette

    4. 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced

    6. Freshly cracked black pepper

    2. Cut tomatoes into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Cut mozzarella into 1/4-inchthick slices.

    3. Arrange tomato and cheese slices on a platter. Drizzle with vinaigrette. Sprinkle basil on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
