  2. 3 medium potatoes , peeled and cut into chunks

  3. 4 medium carrots , peeled and cut into chunks

  4. 2 (11 1/2 ounce) cans tomato juice

  5. 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

  6. 3 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca

  2. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour and on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
