  1. Duncan Hines Pineapple -- Cake Mix 1 package Pineapple Cream Pudding Mix -- or Vanilla Pudding

  2. 3/4 cup Vegetable oil

  3. 4 Eggs

  4. 10 ounces 7-Up

  5. Frosting: 1 1/2 cups Sugar

  6. 2 tablespoons Flour

  7. 1 Stick margarine

  8. 2 Eggs

  9. 1 large Can crushed pineapple

  10. 1 can Coconut

  11. 9x13-inch pan, bake at

  12. 350 degrees until done.

  13. FROSTING: Mix all together except coconut. Cook until it thickens. Remove from heat and beat well. Add coconut and beat until thick enough to spread on cake.
