  1. Place eggs in a pot of water and put on high heat. When water begins to boil, cover and take off heat. Let pot sit for 11 minutes then soak in cold water to stop the eggs cooking. Remove the eggshell and cut the egg in half. Remove the white from the yolk and place yolk aside for garnish. Dice up the remaining part of the egg. Melt the butter over medium heat and mix in flour. Warm the milk in the microwave for about 30 seconds to take off the chill. Add warm milk to the butter and flour mixture. Stir mixture until thickened and then add the diced up whites of your eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish dish with sprinkled yolk.
