  1. 1/3 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt

  2. 1 ripe medium banana -- sliced

  3. 2 tablespoons maple or maple flavored syrup

  4. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  1. Preparation : In blender container, or food processor bowl, with metal blade, combine all ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into jar or plastic container and refrigerate until serving time.
