  7. 1 1/4 tbsp. grated lemon rind

  8. 2 tbsp. lemon juice

  9. 1/2 c. boiling water

  10. 1/2 c. sugar

  11. 3 egg yolks

  12. 3/4 lb. cream cheese

  13. 1 lb. mashed mango pulp

  14. 1/2 c. cold water

  15. 1 1/2 c. sour cream

  16. 2/3 c. cream

  18. ready to use. 2. Put the gelatin, lemon rind, lemon juice and 3. Add the sugar, egg yolks and softened cream

  19. 30 seconds.

  20. 4. Add the mango pulp

  21. 5. Pour into the prepared crust and chill until firm.

  22. 6. Whip the cream and gelatin fold in the reserved
