  1. 200g maragrine or butter, melted

  2. 200g caster sugar

  3. 4 eggs

  4. 2 to 3 teaspoons vanilla extract

  5. 200g self raising flour

  6. 4 tablespoons cocoa powder

  7. 75 to 100g chocolate drops

  1. Preheat oven to around 200 C / Gas 6.

  2. Mix butter and sugar together until fluffy and add eggs and vanilla essence.

  3. Fold in flour and mix well. Add the cocoa powder and then the choc drops.
