  4. 1 tsp salt

  5. 1/2 tsp pepper

  6. 1 can Campbell tomato soup

  7. 2 cans water

  8. 1 tsp chili powder

  9. 1 stalk celery chopped bay leaf

  10. 1 tspn sugar

  11. 1 can kidney beans cooked elbow macaroni
