  1. 1 3/4 cups flour

  2. 1 tsp baking powder

  3. 1 tsp baking soda

  4. tsp salt

  5. 4 tbsp cocoa powder

  6. cup agave nectar

  7. 1 tsp vanilla

  8. 1 tbsp white vinegar

  9. 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  10. 1 avocado

  11. cup natural creamy peanut butter

  12. cup maple syrup

  13. cup water

  14. 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.

  2. Combine the wet and dry cupcake ingredients in separate bowls, being sure to mash the avocado well, and stir thoroughly.

  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, and whisk with an electric mixer for at least a minute, until batter is smooth.

  4. Line a muffin tin with baking cups, add batter, and bake for 20 minutes.

  5. FROSTING: Mix all ingredients well using electric mixer, and frost cupcakes once they have cooled completely.
