  1. 340.19 g package macaroni shells and cheese, dinner mix

  2. 59.14 ml chopped onion

  3. 59.16 ml butter , divided

  4. 473.18 ml cooked cubed chicken

  5. 283.49 g package frozen peas, thawed

  6. 158 1/21 ml mayonnaise

  7. 78.07 ml seasoned bread crumbs

  1. Prepare dinner mix according to package directions.

  2. In a small skillet, saute onions in 2 tablespoons butter, until tender.

  3. Stir the chicken, peas, mayo, and sauteed onion into the dinner mix.

  4. Transfer to a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

  5. Melt remaining butter, and toss with breadcrumbs.

  6. Sprinkle over top, and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
