  1. Onions 2 Cup (16 tbs) , sliced

  2. Oil 4 Tablespoon

  3. Butter 4 Tablespoon

  4. 4 medium-size apples, peeled and sliced

  5. 4 cups cubed cooked veal

  6. Whole wheat flour 2 Tablespoon

  7. Curry powder 2 Tablespoon

  8. Chicken stock 2 Cup (16 tbs)

  9. Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon

  10. Salt To Taste

  1. Directions Saute onions in 4 tablespoons each of oil and butter, until they are tender.

  2. Remove them from pan.

  3. Saute apple slices until tender but still firm.

  4. Remove them from pan.

  5. Adding more oil and butter to pan if necessary, lightly brown cooked veal.

  6. Remove meat from pan.

  7. Stir flour and curry powder into remaining oil and butter and then add chicken stock, stirring to make a smooth sauce.

  8. Add veal, onions and apples to sauce.

  9. Add lemon juice and salt to taste.

  10. Serve with brown rice.
