  1. Chicken boneless 200 grams (boiled and shredded)

  2. Potato 1/2 kg (boiled and mashed)

  3. Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp

  4. Salt 1/2 tsp (as per taste)

  5. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

  6. Chat masala powder 1/2 tsp

  7. Onion 3 pieces (finely chopped)

  8. Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch (finely chopped)

  9. Cumin seeds 3/4 tsp

  10. Lemon juice 2 tsp

  11. Bread slice 2 pieces (soaked in water and drained)

  1. • Mash potatoes well

  2. • Mix red chilly powder, salt, black pepper powder, chat masala powder, onion and cumin seeds

  3. • Mix it properly and then put shredded chicken, bread slices, coriander leaves and lemon juice

  4. • Again mix it for 5 minutes very nicely so that it becomes a thick mixture

  5. • Shape them to medium size kababs

  6. • Pour 6-8 tsp of oil in a pan

  7. • After the oil gets heated, place the kababs in the pan and fry in low flame till it gets golden brown color

  8. • Serve with tea or in dinner with tomato ketchup
