  1. 3 Tbsp. butter

  2. 1/4 cup peanut butter

  3. 4 cups Chex cereal

  4. 1 cup salted peanuts

  5. 1 cup cheese crackers (such as Goldfish)

  6. 1 cup miniature marshmallows

  7. 3/4 cup powdered sugar

  1. Place butter and peanut butter in a microwave-safe container. Heat on high 30 seconds. Stir, and repeat until melted.

  2. Place Chex cereal, peanuts and cheese crackers in a large bowl. Pour peanut butter mixture over, and toss well.

  3. Transfer mixture to a gallon-size zipper-sealed storage bag. Add marshmallows and powdered sugar.

  4. Seal, and toss well to coat. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container for up to one week.
