  1. 5-6 sweet potatoes

  2. 3 tbsp olive oil

  3. Lots of salt and pepper

  4. 1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped

  5. 1 tsp black mustard seeds

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan200°C/gas 7. Cut the sweet potatoes into thin chips and place in a roasting tin with the olive oil, lots of salt and pepper, red chilli, and black mustard seeds. Roast for 30-40 minutes, until golden and beginning to caramelise.
