  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Prunes - pitted

  2. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Dates - pitted

  3. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Candied mixed fruit

  4. 1 Lemon

  5. 2 cups 474ml Walnuts

  6. 4 tablespoons 60ml Sugar

  7. 2 teaspoons 10ml Cinnamon

  1. Recipe Instructions Grind the prunes, dates, candied fruit, lemon and walnuts in a food chopper. Divide the strudel dough (two recipes for strudel dough are included in this database) in two. Spread the rolled dough with oil and use half the fruit mixture for each. Roll up, brush with oil and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
